CB6's 'hall monitor' stipulation is a good call. It's the responsibility of bar's to keep their rowdy outdoor patrons civil, particularly at night. Night after night, drunken shouting is unacceptable. (Just like it's unacceptable for an ordinary resident to create a cacophony on a nightly basis.) The loudest offenders are typically from surrounding areas and don't even live in the vicinity. Shut them up!
