The "secular charter" set forth by the Parti Québécois to >Canadians in Quebec grossly infringes upon free speech in a prejudicial way. Since we believe free speech and the free flow of information is vital to expanding mankind's understanding of our existence, atheists find the actions of the Parti Québécois to be hateful and inflammatory.
