We're absolutely disgusted by Ohio's execution experiment that led to what can only be described as cruel and unusual punishment. mike • As state's frantically devise alternative means of execution, it's becoming increasingly clear that the death penalty is at fundamental odds with restrictions against "cruel and unusual" punishment. Time to outlaw it. 10 years ago
